A balayage appointment typically takes 2.5-4 hours, depending on your hair length, thickness, and the desired effect. This includes consultation, application, processing time, and styling. I recommend setting aside enough time to achieve the perfect result without rushing.

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. All cancellations are done only through Bokadirekt using the link you received when booking. We do not accept cancellations via email, phone, SMS, or voicemail. For late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your appointment) or no-shows, 50% of the booked treatment price will be charged. This allows me to offer the time slot to someone else and plan my work effectively. Thank you for your understanding!
Come with clean, dry hair (unless otherwise discussed). Bring photos of styles you like for reference during our consultation. If you've had previous color treatments, please let me know beforehand so I can plan the best approach for your hair.
All bookings are made online through Bokadirekt, and payment is reserved at the time of booking. The final price is adjusted after the treatment and depends on hair length, thickness, and product usage.
Sundays and public holidays have an additional charge on all treatments. All prices shown are starting prices and may be adjusted depending on hair length, thickness, and product usage.
The salon is open Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00. Sundays and public holidays are open by appointment only. Hours can vary around major holidays.
